Recently my 9 year old son and I started going to Dr. Ocharoen and we were both thrilled with the experience. She has a very gentle hand, a lovely demeanor and her dentistry is amazing. She takes her time when you are in the chair but never makes you wait in the waiting room. She is very punctual. And, she is great with kids, too, explaining every step, taking physical cues as to when they are uncomfortable and teaching how to maintain their teeth. What is most amazing about this particular dentist is she not only does a great job at fixing your dental issues, but she also makes it look as good as possible. I seem to chip my front teeth constantly and have to get new composites every few years. They always look terrible. This is the first time I have had Dr. Ocharoen do them. She did a fantastic job on my new composites AND they look awesome! I was smiling from ear to ear after I left. I just couldn’t stop looking in the mirror; I was stunned! Her office staff is great, too. So kind and accommodating. The office is immaculate and meticulously maintained. They even decorate for holidays—a very pleasant touch! Came to this office for the first time. Michelle at the front desk was extremely courteous and went out of her way to make me feel as if I had been a regular patient coming to the office for years. Once in the chair Dr. Ocharoen was very nice and explained everything that was about to happen before the cleaning started. It was a smooth cleaning as she was very thorough and continued to make me feel comfortable especially since I was a first time patient. I would highly recommend coming to see Dr. Ocharoen who will no doubt make you feel like you are no stranger and provide the best care.
