“Misdiagnosed”
When I first starting having bladder pain, I went to Dr. Starling Evins. After one visit, he quickly diagnosed me with interstitial cystitis. He essentially told me that I would have this disease for the rest of my life, and that I should learn to deal with the pain.
When I called back over the next 4 weeks, my questions about my symptoms and pain were put off. I was told to drink cranberry juice, which someone with IC should never do!
