Dr. Konrad has a lot of knowledge and flexibility when it comes to prescribing medicine. I'm dealing with memory issues at the moment and she explained what my test results meant very clearly, regarding executive function etc. If a medicine doesn't work, she's willing to try a different one, where some doctors might be more likely to try to have you stick it out. She's good about explaining possible symptoms and the purpose of the medication / the goal.

We were sent to see Dr. Konrad for my husband's treatment. He has TBI and we had a really bad experience with the psychiatrist he had before, so I was a little distrustful on the first appointment. However, Dr. Konrad sowed us to be an experienced professional. She is a warm, patient and a very kind person. She is really concerned about patient's progress and well being. Thanks to her my husband is getting better from his brain injury related mood problems. We love her.

my wait time for dr. konrad was not long at all. she gets me in within 10 mins of my appt time sometimes earlier if she can. she is easy to get along with and made me feel comfortable as if i known her for years ( only seen her a handful of times). she is def worth keeping
