“Life Changing”

Once the diagnosis was made and a plan for disc replacement or possible fusion was in place we all tried to get it done as soon as possible. However, insurance was a big problem and Dr. Cairone stuck with me through months of denials from my health share insurance. Finally I changed my insurance and we were able to move forward with the surgery! I was in so much pain for many months and now I am pain free and my life has changed for the better! I am truly greatful that disc replacement was available!

Dr. Cairone has always been concerned, thorough and caring about my pain, my condition, etc. He frequently stopped to walk me through all the scans, what the findings were, what the scans meant, what the procedures would look like, with risk and expected outcomes. He then followed up with a personal call post surgery to ensure that I was in a good state, had received my prescriptions, my pain was managed appropriately, etc. Trish, his assistant, has also been extremely responsive, helpful, and lovely to deal with. I couldn't be happier with my care.

Dr. Cairone explained everything to me upfront. Surgery went very well. I started physical therapy possibly too early which caused pain. Dr. Cairone was quick to respond by stopping the therapy for two weeks, changing my meds and fitting me a brace. That made all the difference. Everything has gone well since then.
