Before I started coming here my back felt like it was in a huge knot. I spend all day at a computer for work so sitting was killing my back and neck. The mobility in my neck was so poor and I felt like i was trapped in an old person's body (im only 25!). Now after my 7th visit I feel like a brand new person. I sleep better, I walk with slightly better poster, and I can breath. I recommend this to anyone, no matter how old you are or how you feel. It is a life changing experience.

“Great, reliable chiropractor”

I had been to a few other chiropractors in the past, but Dr. Jensen gave me the best explanation for the issues I was having and was able to work on them for the initial couple visits to improve them. Now I continue to come every few weeks for much needed maintenance adjustments. The Active Release is also a great technique that he uses in conjunction with the adjustments to loosen the back muscles.

Dr. Jensen's initial exam was extremely thorough and included x-rays and range of motion tests. He went through all my symptoms until he was clear. While he was explaining his diagnosis of my symptoms he also explained how the body was working (or not working) and creating my problems. When it's time for adjustment, I feel very comfortable with him and feel great afterwards.

I started seeing Dr. Jensen several years ago for low back pain. While in treatment I learned that he was ART (Active Release Therapy) certified and that was enough to keep me coming back! I continued to see him for ART to get me through a couple of marathon training cycles and credit his ART expertise in helping me achieve some goals. In addition, the office is great, and welcoming; Christine is very knowledgeable re: insurance and always works to get you an appointment in a timely manner.

After a few visits my symptoms stopped being persistent, and the pain less severe.

At this point in my treatment, I just need a maintenance visit periodically or an appointment when I've done something to knock my neck or back out (wrong form when exercising, tripping over something, sitting too long at my desk, etc....)
