“Bad Following Up & Unfriendly Receptionist”
I went to see Dr. Steven Folkerth for a routine physical. The receptionist was unfriendly. The doctor give me a prescription for blood tests and Vit D test.
I went to do the tests the same day. After waiting for about 2 weeks and I did not hear from Dr. Steven Folkerth about the result of my tests. I call his office and the receptionist said she has the result in. I went in to pick up a copy of the tests and the recptionist was still unfreindly.
