I am EXTREMELY picky when it comes to doctors, and their staff. I believe that no matter how busy one is customer service should always be at the forefront of his/her mind. Dr. Susannah Elizabeth McClain was not only very knowledgeable, she treated me and my fiance with the utmost respect, and sat with me while I went through about 4-5 questions/things I wanted to talk about.
