“Horrible experience!!!”
From the first call to establish care, the office staff was rude and disrespectful. They are not friendly over the phone or in the office. They don't greet you when you sign in and I haven't seen any of them ever smile. The wait in the office is long (45minutes) even though they cancel you if you are 5 minutes late. I was scheduling an appt and the secretary hung up on me when 5pm came. She said the office closes at 5pm so she needs to hang up!
