During my first visit two different staff members performed the same 15 minute vision test on me twice before they realized their mistake. They had failed to communicate with each other and apologized to me for the duplicate exams. They later asked me to try on contacts that belonged to another patient. I noticed the contacts were not mine and brought it to their attention. They were apologetic, but I was shocked. Thank heavens I had not yet placed the other patients lens in my eye! Yuck!!!
