“Great provider, horrible staff, particularly office manager”
I saw him for eight years. Tolerated the office because I trust him. Finally had a run in with office manager over a prescription and she refused to consult the Dr (I asked her to speak with him about it because I knew he knew the situation.) She then refused to leave a message for him requesting a call back. At one point she cut me off saying, "This isn't up for discussion!" as if she were speaking to a child. Unfortunately that was the point I decided I was done.
