My dentist recommended Dr T. He described him as excellent and caring doctor. In my experience he was 100% accurate.
When I arrived at the surgery center I was taken immediately to the surgical room and he redescribed what we were doing. Reassured me it wound be fine.
After the surgery I never had any bleeding, meds as prescribed absolutely kept pain in check.
Post surgery directions were specific, and what to expect was honest.
I do have a second procedure down the road - am confident that it will be successful.
Note to his staff — they were great and supportive.

The first impression was the front desk person she was more focused on asking me for a payment. The first statement she made Was you owe this amount. Not what I expected the person who put me in the room was clueless as to what was to be done. I Was not happy that they didn't have all the information correct. The Doctor did a great job and I would recommend him.

He is a clear professional who is an expert in his craft. The workflow from pre-op to post-op was optimized, organized, and efficient. The only opportunity for improvement would be the lack of specific post -op directions. For example, the tech told me to do post-meal salt water gargle but the written post op directions did not mention this. While the directions do mention to apply heat, it didn’t specify which post op day this should start. The tech also mentioned taking one more antibiotic dose later in the evening of surgery. The post op instructions do not mention an additional dose of antibiotic on the same day of surgery. The tech mentioned to avoid foods with seeds (ie strawberry, blueberry, kiwi,etc) but the written instructions do not mention which foods to avoid nor does it offer suggestions on appropriate foods. It only mentions cold soft foods on day of surgery and to avoid chewing on surgical site. It would be nice to have specific directions for each post op day.

Very friendly and prompt with getting me back. Once I was sat Dr. Tatch came in right away and gave me a very thorough consult. I wanted a natural look and was very scared of walking out frozen. He was extremely gentle and was very detailed with the information about how botox works and where to administer it and why. Dr. Tatch was very pleasant on every step in this process, gave me many choices for anesthesia and then completed the surgery quickly and flawlessly. I expected this to be at least 10 times worse. Comment - “ I was scared when I waked into the surgery room and he reassured me it would be fine and it was easy. he ”
My dentist recommended Dr T. He described him as excellent and caring doctor. In my experience he was 100% accurate. When I arrived at the surgery center I was taken immediately to the surgical room and he redescribed what we were doing. Reassured me it wound be fine. After the surgery I never had any bleeding, meds as prescribed absolutely kept pain in check. Post surgery directions were specific, and what to expect was honest. I do have a second procedure down the road - am confident that it will be successful. Note to his staff — they were great and supportive. All done extremely well.
