Dr. Bill is very kind, very humble, very clear, very communicative, has a great job helping me understand exactly what the problem is, and has given us great care through the entire period of diagnosis, healing, and recovery after the cast. He's a very good doctor. He also is a very easy person to be around, and makes it very easy to understand and feel comfortable about care for my injury. I find this to be a pretty rare quality among doctors. Additionally, he is surrounded by a kind, helpful, and professional staff. That all give great personal care, and do a good job at their various functions, from reception to x-ray and help figuring out payments and insurance. I really appreciate and enjoy the personal care.
