“Horrible Customer Service”
We are a very disappointed family.
My personal opinion of this physician is good; however,the front office staff presumably overbook her and then refuse to see (fully insured) patients upon arrival. I missed an entire day of work for my little one's appointment - only to arrive and be hold by the receptionist that I had missed my appointment, the appointment that I had carefully recorded and taken an entire day off to attend.
