“Not very kid-friendly”
The nurse was rough and impatient when measuring my daughter for her 1 yr and 15mo checkup--there was no gentleness in her voice or in her touch for anything she did to my daughter. Then when Dr. Gerber came in, she wanted to do bloodwork on my 12mo old because she wasn't following the "normal" growth curve. Even after I told her that my side of the family is always small (as she should have clearly seen from me, the scrawny 5' tall mother), she diagnosed my daughter with "failure to thrive" syn...Original review on DoctorsDig.com
Dr Gerber and her office have been fantastic! I am a first time mom and at the beginning I would call a few times a week with questions-Dr Gerber always called me back and would answer all my questions without making me feel stupid. I would recommend her and her office to anyone! Very friendly office staff and they give you loads of new mom information-

The doctor is impatient, and is careless. I cannot even begin to tell you what a horrific experience having my son circumcised in her office. I held my child, I cleaned him up when he peed. She took way too much skin off and appeared to be terrified of the operation. Her nurse told us a bunch of circumcision horror stories (larger one with birth mark on arm). I hate that nurse. She is so rude and finds it traumatizing that we had our child circumcised. We also have had to make two additional app...

I have never had a more horrible experiance than at this office. The aid was unfriendly and extremely careless when checking things like the weight of our child (she was off by over three pounds on a 15 month old) The doctor made me feel extremely stupid and was very impatient with my child. When checking in his mouth she pushed the depressor in and when he started gagging she didn't even stop. he sat there choking until he finally threw up! I called my husband crying after this office visit a...
