I’ve had lots experience with doctors who don’t take time to listen to me, so when choosing a new provider, listening skills are really important. Dr. Levy is a calming presence, she gives you time to ask questions, and doesn’t dismiss your thoughts about your own body. She validates your concerns and never reprimands you if you admit you haven’t heeded some of her suggestions. Very understanding and warm. Thank you!

Elena Levy is amazing!!! I had really bad pain in my ears. It was clogged with ear wax. I booked an appointment last minute and thank god she had availability. She quickly cleared it all out with no pain. Highly recommend her

“I trust Ms. Levy to deal with my earwax problem periodically”

The only concern that I had with this office was that staff let another patient pull down her face mask all the way while speaking with the staff person about questions on the tablet. This patient stated that she had a bad cough and she was seated directly across from me. I had to ask the staff person to ask the patient to pull up her face mask. Later that evening at home I came down with a bad head cold with sneezing & runny nose but I did not have any of these symptoms beforehand.
