i was apprehensive on her beinh my provider and how seriously she would treat my acne. Fortunately she was quick in getting me a diagnosis and start my treatment of accutane. 6 months later my skin is the best its ever been. There was some complications along the way but im happy with the end result

I was extremely nervous going into my appointment but Elizabeth put me right at ease, as did the rest of the staff. From check in, to the nursing staff, and We Elizabeth herself, everyone I encountered helped put me at ease and provided a welcoming environment.

Everything went as I was told. A couple of suggestions...when confirming appt. tell patient to not only bring a hat but to have soothing lotion and aquafor ready at home. I was given samples which I needed. Hand held fan during procedure did not provide relief and so attendant brought a floor fan which was so much better. I was not given follow up care paperwork but was called next day and so I asked the questions I had about when I can wash face, do I use my regular lotions and serums on it etc. Wasn't sure if I should sleep face up or not. Lastly, it is a bit claustrophobic in there with the eye patches on and so I wished I had put on my earphones with music. Might be something to suggest to patient to make it less stressful. Hope this helps!
