Biography

Dr. Liz Nafziger is a board certified neurologist at NeuroCare Center Goshen Physicians. She is fellowship trained in hospice and palliative medicine. Dr. Nafziger treats a range of neurological conditions, including headache, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis and stroke.
