Emily Balanky has an excellent bedside manner. She is kind, respectful and seemed knowledgeable. The rest of the staff at the North Mandarin location were very nice and helpful. I did wait quite a while in the exam room, but I did not mind this too much. Last time I went to a different obgyn, they gave me about 5 seconds to undress before the Dr. was knocking at my door repeatedly asking if I was ready yet.
