Dr Melepura is a good listener with excellent bedside manner. The office is clean and uses technology well, making visits easy and frictionless. The ability to text after the visit and have questions addressed and answered is helpful, though the staff could be clearer about who is responding to what inquiry(billing, pain, medication questions etc.). The doctor is knowledgeable and thoughtful, communicates clearly and is patient with questions and concerns.
