“Pleasant soft spoken doctor... not so great staff”
Dr. Bottenfield is a very pleasant doctor and extremely gentle with the children. He is very thorough during check up as well. The office is adequate and the wait time is generally average; however, his staff is not the greatest around. Although I have never had any complications when my child use to go to Dr. Bottenfield I have overheard unpleasant conversations between receptionist and patients which led to my change in pediatricians.Original review on DoctorsDig.com
