“PT Recommended!”

I have seen about 6 or 7 different physical therapist. I didnt care for any of them and they didn't really help with my conditions. I found Helena in Rhinebeck and she was Excellent! Id recommended her to Anyone! She has a different approach to therapy. It isn't just going in and doing exercises, like most. She listens and is truly caring of patients.
