My experience was scared and nervousness. But once I was in surgery area, I felt comfortable with Dr. Pam and her staff. Made me feel very comfortable . It was over in no time. I’m ready for right eye. So that tells you how comfortable everything went. I totally trust Dr. Pam and staff. The center was very welcoming and friendly. From the minute I walked into Dr. Pam’s office. I had a wonderful experience.The two receptionists were Extremely pleasant, friendly, and very personable. I didn’t have to wait too long. They were about six people ahead of me and I thought I would be waiting forever but I got to see the doctor’s Assistant about 20 minutes after I got there. She was very nice and I had a few questions to ask her and she answered me. My questions and put my mind it is very quickly. She explained my concerns and then relayed them to the doctor. She was very friendly and personable. She took her time to answer all my questions she made me feel comfortable. She was very patient with me. And she continue to examine me. The doctor came in and did her thorough check up and she also was very friendly took her time with me answered all my questions did not rush me and did not make me feel stupid or old like some doctors do we talked we left. She explained my condition and she made me feel much better About my ey
