“Caring, Empithetic, Gentileman”

This Pharmacist take sthe time to talk to all patients when time permits, When he is pressed for time i hav eseen him set up appointments with aptienst just to discuss insurance changes. He was particularly helpful to my father during the second year of medicare part D coverage. Jason revieved my fathers med list, did a Med D search for him and was able to find my father a plan that saved him thousands of dollers. Having Jason As our pharmacist has only made CVS/Pharmacy a better Place to shop. I no longer just go to a pharmacy, I go to MY CVS.

“This Doctor needs Meds”

I was privy to outrageous behavior by Jason Cavolina while he was on duty as the pharmacist at CVS in East Hampton NY; Jason became so enraged by a simple question asked of him that he flew into a rage ranting & screaming at the customer and fuming behind the counter and opposed to moving on and helping patients he kept goading and provoking the customer in a nasty, mean and uncalled for manner. This "alleged Dr " Jason is in no way suited to be dealing with the public no less be in a position of authority at a Pharmacy. After using offensive and nasty language Jason eventually told the customer to "get out and take your prescription with you". I rarely make comments online of any kind but this appaling abuse of his position was outlandish, mean-spirited and uncalled for. East Hampton encompasses all that is good about small town USA, pleasant people, friendly shopkeepers and a neighborly, fraternal feeling among its residents. Although this incident in no way changes my feelings about this town there is no room for such boorish , intimidating behavior in a town built on love, compassion and tolerance.
