I've had dentists in the past that clearly do not like pediatric patients! The front office is friendly and always helpful even when I had a major insurance nonpayment issue. Always on time, efficient and friendly! I would highly recommend Dr. Burns and her staff.

I dislike very much going to the dentist, but this office and staff made it so easy to be at ease. Dr Burns verbally talks to you about what procedures you need to have done, then the assistants go over it with you also...they ask if I had any questions. Then I go to the desk to check out....and I get how much I am estimated to have to pay and what my insurance estimated payment will be. They offered to submit an estimate to my insurance if I wanted to know exactly what my insurance will pay...and I didn't even have to ask!!! Great office to go to even if you are not a fan of the dentist!!! lol
