I was hurt in Alaska on 01/20/12 Was flown back beginning of feb. Went and saw Dr Chilvers at that Point was told to see Dr Hardy. On Mar 8 She Preformed Orthoscopic Surgery, Actually Just When in and looked Around ! Was told she Did Everything she could. A Month later i Return to See Her Still in TERRIBLE PAIN was told to Get Use to A Cane 2 days later 1 of the girls from her Office called saying I was No Longer a Patient !! Here I Set in Terrible Pain , Trying to Find Help Sence She REFUSED t...
