Up front: I had a failed procedure for which I ascribe no blame to the doctor. I had anintrathecal test and developed an allergic reaction. My wife was not contacted. All patients with this procedure, good or bad, go to the ICU. That was never mentioned. After surgery I developed splitting headaches.
