Sometime in 2017, I tore my rotator cuff doing yoga, YES yoga! I dealt with the pain for quite some time, assuming that it would disappear. After many months of waking up in pain and experiencing intense pain throughout my workday, I decided to see a doctor. After an x-ray and an MRI, I was told I had a pretty significant tear, and surgery was required. I attempted physical therapy first then started Cortisone injections.
