Dr Abbott takes time to listen not only to the parent but also to the child. She encourages the child (age appropriate) to verbalize any symptoms or issues he/she may have. She never makes you feel rushed, Some MDs make you wait forever in the waiting room and when you finally see him/her, you may get 10mintues of their time. NOt with this MD, you feel like you're getting 110% of her undivided attention. I have left some practices due to rudeness of lack of cooperation from the front staff. Not this office! They are friendly, polite and they always follow through!! My son's school could not locate his medical forms, I called Dr Abbot's office and within minutes, they had faxed over all the necessary documentation. They didn't put it off till, "later" or give me the line, "we're busy, it will be 24-48." This office follows through! Highly recommend this practice!
