I knew getting my wisdom teeth out at 34 would be difficult but Dr. Gronbach, truly listened to my concerns; explained what I did not understand and was honest about any sort of complications that might arise. His staff was welcoming and equally helpful to make sure that the experience was as "painless" as possible. They even answered questions post surgery over the phone and spent the time to listen and make sure I received as accurate of information as possible. While expensive, as all Oral surgeries are, Dr. Gronbach was worth every penny. I would recgommend him to others in a heartbeat.

Often with dentists and oral surgeons I have had to wait up to 45 min. after my scheduled appointment until I get transferred from a waiting room to a examination room. However with Dr. Gronbach he and his team never had me wait more than 5 min and once when I was running really early they still fit me in within 5 min. Impressive! The staff is as nice as it gets. I feel like I'm in the mid-west with that warm hospitality. They and the doctor are also very thorough with the explanations of paperwork and what to expect as far a healing, pain, soreness and timeline for complete recovery. My wisdom teeth removal was no where near as painful as I expected. I had all 4 teeth removed, and only felt any post-surgery pain in my bottom jaw. Prior to the surgery, the importance of the surgery was clearly explained, and I have had ample opportunities to ask questions both before and after the surgery.

Dr. Gronbach made everything easy to understand, whether that’d be how the procedure would go, or what to expect rolling the operation. I felt absolutely no pain from the operation and even after it my medications have served me well. I honestly don’t think I could’ve gotten better service anywhere else.
