Good--nice facilities: parking garage, waiting room, receptionists and nurses! No waiting, very quick and on time. Bad-- He couldn't come up with a diagnosis and didn't even feign interest in giving me some explanation (I have a swollen ear and gland). Ugly-- So, he said I was looking at him like he was a jerk or moron. I probably was, but would not have verbalized it.
