the staff was so kind and caring! they made sure i knew everything that was going to happen during the surgery, went through every little step on how to take car of my gums before and after surgery! i couldnt have asked for a better doctor and or staff to take care of me!

Office staff was professional, helpful, and pleasant. I grind my teeth, resulting in breaking a tooth and a subsequent infection into the jaw. Dr. Shinozaki confirmed my primary dentist's diagnosis and provided alternatives. I elected extraction and implant. I tend to have a low level of pain tolerance for dental work however Dr Shinozaki did an exceptional job of managing pain both during and following procedure, requiring a minimum of medication.

From the moment I came in, I was given amazing care! Very thoughtful people and when the day came for the wisdom teeth removal, they were efficient yet were always open to my opinion whether I was comfortable. I can honestly say I had the best experience here (aside of the pain that came after but that is normal).

Dr Shinozaki is excellent, I had severe bone loss in my jaw from a bad (neglected) tooth, and Dr S was able to do a bone graft and implant ....He also made sure that I was aware of the procedures and risks before we started. Post care was excellent as well.

I had cracked a tooth, #30. It was infected below into the root area. Dr. Shinozaki removed the tooth, I was in less pain after the surgery then before. Total recovery, no bleeding after 24 hours. Dr. Shinozaki explained the procedure, his knowledge and ability was outstanding. The staff was easy to work with and equally as professional. If you need oral surgery, this is the guy you want. I was very pleased.

I am terrified of the dentist and the oral surgeons!! i had an ulcer on my tongue for 3 months. My Dentist finally told my that my canker sore has turned into something worse! speaking of terrified?? She refers me to Dr. Kent Shinozaki, DDS. He performs Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He was super kind and explained everything he was going to do. He did a very thorough exam. He understood my fear of his profession. At surgery time he used novacaine and NitrousOxide. It went so smooth.

Dr. Shinozaki was recommended by a friend for removal of my wisdom teeth and i could not be happier with the experience. The procedure was not painful, every move was very well calculated, and it was done in about an hour. He is extremely professional and has a great team! I had four wisdom teeth removed with very curved roots and with one of the teeth being impacted. My recovery is going very well considering the fact I'm 39 yrs old (i know, It's kind of late to be doing this). Glad i chose him
