Dr. Hafen is board-certified and specializes in structural heart disease. His areas of expertise include open, port access and robotic approaches to valvular disease, transcatheter interventions on the mitral and tricuspid valves, and adult congenital heart disease. In addition, Dr. Hafen treats thoracic aortic disease and coronary artery disease by both conventional and hybrid robotic approaches.
