She is very careful with prescriptions and we'll make sure that you are not getting something you should not take at the same time making sure you do get the right prescription. Not only was the nurse, who came to my car to perform the swab tests sweet, courteous, and professional, she also came out to my car gowned, gloved, with mask and face shield on in 98 degree weather, with a smile on her face. Dr. Lam, came outside to my car as well, gowned, gloved with mask and face shield in 98 degree weather to talk with me, answer questions, and let me know that she would call with my results, which she did personally about 10 minutes after I left. I am so impressed with all of the staff, Drs and medical professionals in this office I would never want to go anywhere else!! They hit 10 out of 10 every time.
