Dr. McKinley took 3 months to fill out a simple FMLA form, which was incorrectly done, and so grossly late that it effectively lost me my job. I had to pay $10 for her to fill out that form too. I called the office every week to beg for that form to get completed and got nothing. Her P.A. told me one thing about my condition, her secretary told me another, and then I finally got to speak to Dr. McKinley herself 3 months later when she calls to inform me she can't do as they promised.
