All the skills that Dr. Ditkoff lacked (excellent surgeon but nothing else) she made up for it. You will loose an enormous patient body if you loose Dr. Maura Sarachik. She is very well known amongst resident New Yorkers as the best in her field. She is brilliant and a perfectionist. A true asset to your surgeons.
