She is amazing. I had a concern and she fully listened to my situation. After taking a look at my skin she told me what was going on and what solution she had for me. She also told me about the variety of options I can choose both covered by my insurance and out-of-pocket options. She did not pressure me to choose an option I was uncomfortable with. Overall, my examination felt like a judgement-free zone and I felt very safe and transparent to talk to her about everything. I appreciate her knowledge and expertise and how she explained it to me.

Dr. J was nice but I didn’t feel like she truly cared about my reason for scheduling an appointment. She did not even look closely at my face and I felt like she did not ask me very many questions and prescribed me the same medications that she would prescribe anyone else (not personalized).

Once I finally got to the doctor she was lovely. But I literally waited 90 minutes for my appointment. And “reps” were let i. Before me, and a woman who was 30 mins late was let in for her appt after I’d already been waiting 30 mins after my appt time.

The waiting time was a bit long (about a half hour); however once taken in Dr. Joerg and the medical assistant saw me quickly. Each issue I had was addressed. Appropriate treatments were readily prescribed. Both were nice and attentive.

Booked my appointment..... to see Dr. Joerg. I was treated so kindly by the girls at the front desk and the assistant in the room. Dr. Joerg was very nice, down to earth and knowledgeable. I'll definitely refer my friends to see her if they should have any skin problems!

As per reading the other reviews very spectacle, but I took the chance to go in and yes it was a bit of a wait well worth it. The staff are great and also helpful at times, but they do need more help at the front desk, don't get me wrong the front ladies are also kind and helpful, they work very hard. Dr Joerg knows her stuff and yes she had help me with my condition. My Super Dr. to my rescue.

She is a good doctor but I have twice had to wait way too long after arriving. Once it was over an hour and another time it was almost an hour. I am not impressed with the office management.
