From the moment I walked in the door to the last moment leaving I was treated by exception people. The admin staff were quick quick and efficient and friendly. The nurse administering the ultra sound was through. The nurse afterwards was helpful and also through with the findings. Dr Aikens was very patient and complete in the results and recommendations going forward. A lot of time was spent with me. Greatly appreciate this office!!!!!

Dr. Aikens took his time to explain to me the causes of my spider vines and lower extremity edema. So far I have hade an initial evaluation, a left saphenous vein ablation, a follow up and am now scheduled for my first sclera therapy treatment. Looking forward to my final results.

His descriptions and those of his staff were way over my head. They all need to realize that a layperson does not necessarily follow their vocabulary. A second or third explanation were often necessary.

The graphics and notes in the Patient Handbook would have been good to review before the visit. It was given to me after the visit was concluded.
