I put a low rate on clear explanations only because at times I wasn't sure what the next step was, (IE when the braces were coming off, it kept getting changed and I didn't know.) Initially we were told that he would need surgery on the top and bottom parts of his mouth. Loyola Hospital hooked us up with Dr. Michael Klepacki and our journey began. Thanks to Dr. Klepacki and his Staff, Wesley ended up having surgery on the lower jaw ONLY!!!! THANK YOU!! for a wonderful experience

He has treated all 3 of my children and we have nothing but positive things to say. Dr K figured out some issues that one of my children was having when no one else could. We have had an exceptional orthodontic experience with Dr. Klepacki over the past 7 years since my oldest started seeing him. He has treated all 3 of my children and we have nothing but positive things to say. Dr K figured out some issues that one of my children was having when no one else could. He is honest, caring and takes the time to explain everything he wants to do always before taking any action so that I am not surprised with any step of the process. Dr. Klepacki did a great job of adjusting my daughter's bite and teeth. He also drew our attention to issues she is having with nasal polyps which appeared on her x-ray scans. Getting in for "urgent" appointments like broken wires was easy, and the office really went above and beyond to help us several times.
