Dr. Vu is a top notch medical doctor, I followed him from Owasso to Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The problem is that it doesn't matter how great a doctor is if he has a horrible staff. His medical assistant Penny doesn't care if you live or die she won't do anything extra to help you at all. She isn't compassionate and is so lazy that it is hard to get anything done.
