I love Dr. Bierman's approach. He does everything himself - no hygienist! And to rinse he doesn't use the sprayer - you fill a cup and spit into a sink attached to the chair. Personally, this is better for me as I have sensitive teeth and the cold water spraying out of the gun kills me. And, he doesn't bother with unnecessary stuff. No over-scraping so no unnecessary bleeding. And no unnecessary x-rays - only does them every few years when your teeth are healthy. And, he is one of the sweetest men - very caring and considerate...always asking if I'm ok/comfortable. He also fitted me for a night guard to help prevent damage to my teeth from grinding, and re-did it 3 times to make sure it was right for me! I highly recommend him if you're open to a more old-school dental experience!

I had an emergency and Dr. Bierman sent me to a great endodontist, and the experience was very postitive, despite my extreme anxiety. I then saw Dr. Bierman for 2 visits for my crown. He was very caring and patient, explaining to me as he went. He saw me 2 weeks later to adjust the bite on the crown. I felt very well taken care of throughout. Most highly recommended.

Unbelievably amazing! Dr. Bierman, saw me on when the office was closed, in the evening with only an hour notice! I chipped my front tooth on my car door, called his office in excruciating pain and he told me to come right in. He fixed it not only efficiently but painlessly. My smile is better than ever now!
