I have been in the customer service industry, both medical as an EMT and food service as a restaurant manager, for the last 30 years. I appreciate great customer service. Natasha exemplifies everything I require in myself, was taught in EMT&Paramedic school and look for in my employees. She is always friendly, introduces herself and tells you what she is doing. She does what she says she will do when she says she will do it. If I could open a medical practice right now, I would do it just so I could steal Natasha.
