I was taken from by ambulance from Newport Hospital to Mercy West for emergency gall bladder surgery. I was admitted to the hospital on Sunday around 2:30am. Dr. Rangnekar visited my room Sunday afternoon and explained everything to me in detail about what was going on and what will happen during the surgery. He used simple words so I could understand and answered all the questions I had, he did not rush me or make me feel like I was bothering him.
