“Terrible Experience!”
I had a very unpleasant experience. I will never go back ever again! She is very rough, has a terrible bedside manner, and not only hurts you during procedures, afterwards lets you stay in pain. During you visit it seems to actually annoy her to have to explain what she is doing and her plan of care. She does not use gas or prescribe ample pain medication afterwards. I understand that there are those that abuse Rx drugs, but I most certainly am not one of those people and don't appreciate being treated like one. I had to have two wisdom teeth extracted (pulled) by the "visiting" surgeon. Overall, the office was ran very poorly. I was told to call a couple days before my visit and the Dr. would call in a Rx to take before hand. Well, turned out that she not only didn't call it in, but can't call it on to my pharmacy (even though I was told that she had). The day before my procedure, the office was CLOSED so I had to come and pick up my Rx "under the rug". Also, the surgeon told me to discontinue my antibiotics after the procedure. Apparently very bad advice! I had some complications afterwards and ended up having to go to another dentist. Overall, I feel they are trying to see too many patients. I felt just like a number.
