I personally appreciate a provider who doesn’t sugarcoat a diagnosis. He explained what was going on with my veins clearly. Pointed out that it was a straightforward procedure that I would need an even encouraged me to look up the procedures online so that I have a better understanding of how to best resolve my diagnosis. He also made himself readily available with a phone call always, and I always felt listen to when there was something I did not understand. He even made jokes to make me laugh when I was nervous the day of my surgery. Overall, it was the best experience I could have asked for.
