Rose has taught me how to live in the moment..she truly cares about your progress and is very caring...genuinly wants the best for you, and is very patient, she has taught me how to take each day as it comes...to accept myself as I am and to work on the things I want to change...to understand that everone is unique and has anxieties and it doesn't mean were crazy...no one is perfect...to understand more about myself and my ADHD and traumas..to think more and react less..to move on and take each challenge and think through them...to be more aware of my triggers so that I am in control...to stay positive at all times in my thoughts and words...constantly work toward my goals and never give up!
