"Sadia Altidore, MSN, FNP-BC, is a Registered Advanced
Nurse Practitioner, APRN, with certification through
the American Nursing Credentialing Center, ANCC. She
also holds certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation,
CPR, and Basic Life Support, BLS. At Conviva Care
Center Okeechobee, she provides compassionate,
