I was on time waited 2 1/2 hours to be seen and was rushed out. very rude staff no manners that was the first time. Dr. Ibrahimi is knowledgeable; however, his skills are overlooked due to his office's lack of competence. I waited over two hours to see the doctor. On another visit, I went to one of the offices for testing and was told I made a mistake by going to the wrong office. I was sent to another location 20 mins away. When I arrived there, I was told I was at the wrong office, and they attempted to send me back to the first office. “Unacceptable”

Extremely unprofessional office. I arrived at 2:15 as instructed as a new patient for a 2:45 appt. By 4:45 I had not been seen. No apologies, no explanation. When I initially arrived I stood in front of the receptionist who was clearly on a personal call. She did not make eye contact let alone greet me or tell me she'd be right with me.
