Biography

Sally began her medical career with Samaritan Health Services in 2002 as a medical assistant and is now practicing as a nurse practitioner. Providing family medicine for patients of all ages, she values being able to partner with her patients to make decisions about their health care needs. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and spending time with family, friends and her pets.
