In one week my grandma passed away, I placed my mom in the hospital and she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. My sister was also placed in the hospital for Bipolar. I was transferred to a new supervisor at work and my husband asked for a divorce. That Saturday my daughter was getting married in a beautiful venue.
I couldn't stop shaking and was having major crying spells. Sally was able to help me priorities my thoughts and actions. She gave me helpful support and referrals to learn how to cope with my family illnesses.
I was so worried on making life choices for my mom and sister. I wasn't even noticing my own life was falling apart. Within 5 seasons Sally was able to get me back on track. I will use her again in the future. I loved the feedback and her referrals'. She taught me how to deal with mental illness and some common stress relief tips to help me cope within my prefect storm.
I am happy to say I am still married and we are speaking much more these days then we have had in years.
