I cannot even express how amazing Dr. Wise is. He TRULY cares about his patients, goes the extra mile and puts in the extra effort to figure out what needs to be done to make you feel better. I have been dealing with pain for over 2 years now and have dealt with a longtime endodontist I have been going to for years that gave up and sent me to this clinic. I was lucky to get set up with Dr. Wise. I walked out of the office finally knowing someone will finally invest the time to help me.

Wise at his office -in Texas ( I know he has another office in Washington)- and his staff got him through the extensive process with a thorough explanation of what he was in for getting a mouthful of implants, and much assistance to keep him as comfortable as possible. He gave me one injection at the back of my head and the headache vanished for the first time in years. I tossed all my medications now. I'm pain-free for the first time. Amazing. I had an appt for a cleaning. Ended up needing a wisdom tooth pulled. I was afraid if I procrastinated I wouldn't get it done so I asked Dr. Sam Wise if he could do it that day. He did it like in two minutes. I didn't even feel the injection. I was terrified and literally shaking. I know relatives reported having extremely bad experience when it comes to wisdom extraction. Some said the doctor took two hours pulling it. My experience was beyond fantastic. His has a wall full of certificates.

I met Prof. Wise many times. The first visit, he struck me with his honesty and I liked his sense of hummer. He's adorable and extremely knowledgeable and skilled. Before I opened my mouth, he said me he could tell from my face that I grind my teeth at night and he expected that I had sleep apnea and many other medical conditions I don't feel comfortable to share. Everything he said was very accurate. I've been seeing dr. Haghighi for twelve years and he never got to the bottom of it.

Prof. Wise is a walking encyclopedia. He's so skilled that he pulled all my teeth and placed 14 implants and bone graft in one visit. He used my own blood to enhance the healing that I barely had slight pain after all this huge procedure. I was pissed when he refused to prescribe pain medication saying that Tylenol would be enough. I didn't believe him until I experienced it. I didn't even need Tylenol more than two days.

“Encyclopedia doctor”

Cowlitz county is so lucky having Dr. Sam Wise and I was so lucky to find this place! I walked in with intense neck and back pain due to my TMJ. I really had no idea what to expect but after they made me a mouth piece that held my jaw in place the pain I had to live with for 10 years was completely gone!
The migraine I had for 13 years turned out to be misdiagnosed. The nonstop ear ringing vanished after Dr. wise treated my TMJ. I can’t even say how much this has improved my quality of life.

My experience with prof. Wise was extremely good. No pain or problems with my extractions. He goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you understand what you should do with your teeth and mouth so you do not have future health risks. I found him to be very professional and truly caring about your oral health.
He takes time to explain all the procedures. He explains all the pros and cons of the treatment so that I can make an independent judgment. His staff is also extremely helpful.
